1 Under what circumstances may the Corporation Commission invalidate an earlier forced pooling order for lack of jurisdiction to have entered that earlier order? Our response is that it may do so only when the jurisdictional infirmity appears of record in the earlier proceeding. Otherwise the second order is a collateral attack upon the first as prohibited by 52 O.S. ? 111 . Thus we must reverse the Commissions order appealed from and remand the matter for further proceedings.
